Account Deletion
You can request account deletion directly from your profile settings in the SYNK app. Alternatively, you can send an email to contact@synk-app.com specifying your username or the email associated with the account. Requests are processed within 30 days maximum.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, past bookings, and favorites. Some billing data may be kept for legal compliance reasons (accounting) for a period of 10 years.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of some or all of your data without deleting your account (e.g. your favorites, search history). Simply send your request to contact@synk-app.com.
Data deleted at your request cannot be recovered.
